The road collapsed as a result of the flooding of the Aghstev River in Dilijan-Ijevan section of M-4 interstate road, as Tavush Regional Municipality informs.
The Rescue Service of Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that as of 1:30 p.m., the number of people rescued from the disaster by the Rescue Service forces makes up 20, 3 out of them are in Dilijan, 17 people are in Noyemberyan communities.
