In regard with the breakdown of the discharge system in Teghout mine, “Teghout CJSC” Company has disseminated a press release, which particularly says, “On 24 June 2013 the wall of the concreted water discharge system took place in the section of Dukanadzor mining complex. As a result, the transmissibility of the water discharge system has decreased by 30%. Despite this, the water flowing into the tunnel runs without any leakages. At present, works on projecting tunnel reconstruction are in progress. The works in Teghout are carried out under the set schedule,” the press release says. As well as the company outlines the breakdown doesn’t pose any risks for the local population.
