On November 11, 2021, the executive approved guideline on "Reconstruction of land areas disturbed by soil management, closed facilities of soil management wastes, including biological rehabilitation".
Thus, the executive expects to provide the methodological basis for the reclamation of land areas disturbed by soil management, closed facilities for soil management waste, to increase the efficiency of reclamation, to carry out the work in accordance with the approved guidelines.
Decisions related to reclamation work will be made by the authorized state body in the field of environment, considering the results of the inspection carried out by the inspection body.
