Sorting containers for sorting paper, glass and plastic waste have been placed in the administrative, educational and business structures of Tsaghkunk, Zovaber, Ddmashen, Geghamavan, Gagarin and Varser settlements of Sevan consolidated community. In total, waste bins were provided to around 200 households.
The project aims to contribute to the introduction of a new mechanism for the management of recyclable waste in Tsaghkunk community, which not only reduces the amount of waste transported to the landfill site, but also increases the involvement of citizens in the sorting of waste in the community.
