If after the closedown of the mine, the soil manager refuses to preserve and control the soil management waste object, the state will undertake this statement.
The executive approved the procedure proposed by RA Nature Protection Ministry on 27 April. The competent body will carry out the preservtion of waste objects at the expense of financial guarantees set in Article 3 (1(28.2)) of RA Code on Subsoil.
