Nature Protection Ministry has approved the environmental impact assessment project for temporary waste disposal site of “Armenal” plant, as “Rusal Armenal” company informs.
“Armenal” plant is located in the northern part of Yerevan, in “Arabkir” administrative area, on the left bank of the Hrazdan River, at least 600 meters far from the river. The company is going to store wastes (I to V hazard class) in the waste disposal site.
