One of the business entities, for the purpose of operating a hydropower plant (HPP) under its management, has blocked the ecological flow of the Getik River by means of a water barrier, thereby creating a real threat to the survival of the ecosystem in that section of the river. A relevant report has been drawn up regarding the incident, and the circumstances are under investigation.
