Hraparak
On June 13 the person responsible for the drinking and household use of water in one of the frontier villages of the region Ararat warned the villagers ''to take water and keep it as there won't be water for a week. They will water the lands of the National Assembly chairman Hovik Abrahamyan''. The thing that the irrigation waters are more nutritious for the soil than those of the natural sources, is clear to everybody. But if Abrahamyan's people chose the second variant or both together it gives testimony to think that in spite of the tales of the Ministry of Agriculture there is a problem of irrigation water in the region.
