“Armwatercanal” CJSC admits its guilt and only, while Kapan residents are suspicious.
On 16 March we publicly announced that Kapan residents have been deprived of drinking water since 13 March, while the water in the pipes is contaminated and not suitable for use. Kapan residents have to buy water in magazines in order to cook food or to drink.
