From August 31 to September 1 the air temperature will go up 1-3 degrees compared to today in the territory of the Republic due to the penetration of warm tropical air currents from the regions of Iraq.
In the daytime of September 1-3 the air temperature will reache up to +38...+40 degrees in the Ararat valley, in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor provinces and in Yerevan city.
The fire-dangerous situation due to high thermal background and the absence of precipitation in the foothills and valley areas of the Republic will remain.
In the Republic
On August 31, on September 1-3 no precipitation is predicted. In the afternoon of September 4-5 in some regions rain with thunderstorm is expected.
South-west wind speed is 2-5 m/s, during the thunderstorm the wind may reach up to 15-18 m/s.
On August 31, on Septmeber 1 the air temperature will go up by 1-3 degrees.
In Yerevan
On August 31, on September 1-5 no precipitation is predicted.
