Armenia will face temperature lower than the standard and excessive precipitation over the standards in February. The Ministry of Emergency States presented the climatic characteristics and monthly forecast for February 2017, which says:

The amount of monthly precipitation is forecast to be over the standard (standard - 18...34 mm).
Shirak, Kotayq and Gegharkounik Region, Aragatostn Region – mountainous areas
Monthly average temperature is expected to be -7...-11ºC, which is lower than the standard by 2-3 degrees. During the month on individual days air temperature may go down at night up to -20...-25ºC, in the third 10 days air temperature may go up to +0...+3ºC during daytime. The amount of monthly precipitation is forecast to be over the standard (standard - 19...57 mm).
Lori Region
Monthly average temperature is expected to be -3...-6ºC, which is lower than the standard by 2-3 degrees. During the month on individual days air temperature may go down at night up to -21...-26ºC, in the third 10 days air temperature may go up to +5...+8ºC during daytime. The amount of monthly precipitation is forecast to be over the standard (standard - 25...33 mm).
Tavush Region
Monthly average temperature is expected to be -0...-2ºC, which is lower than the standard by 2-3 degrees. During the month on individual days air temperature may go down at night up to -12...-16ºC, in the third 10 days air temperature may go up to +5...+10ºC during daytime. The amount of monthly precipitation is forecast to be over the standard (standard - 27...30 mm).
Vayots Dzor Region

Syunik Region

Yerevan City
