You can see several tens of bezoar goats in front of Shatin village mountainsides, Vayots Dzor. These animals are registered not only in Armenian, but also in International Red Book. However, it is difficult to imagine that the besoar goats are in danger in this territory. It became possible to overcome the crisis with the help of the bezoar goats protecting program, which was realized during the last years. Shatin is the single village not only in Armenia but also in whole Caucuses where humankind and bezoar goats live side by side.
