The UNECE Convention on Access to Information and Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters or the Aarhus Convention was ratified by the Armenian Parliament in May 2001. For these 8 years public at large, including NGOs, officials, business, local communities and press traversed an uneasy path with losses and achievements.
