By its ruling dated on 09.07.2021, RA Administrative Court Appeal completely upheld the appeal of the representative of 19 residents of Gndevaz settlement, Jermuk town, Vayots Dzor Region, RA, represented by lawyer Nazeli Vardanyan in Amulsar case.
Reminder: on 04.10.2018 the plaintiffs filed a lawsuit to RA Administrative Court against RA Nature Protection Minister demanding to oblige RA Minister of Nature Protection to declare invalid the state expert opinion ԲՓ-35 issued to the amended project of Amulsar gold-bearing quartzite mining complex and its approval by RA Minister of Nature Protection dated on 29.04.2016.
By its ruling dated on 14.11.2019, RA Administrative Court rejected the claim filed by 19 residents of Jermuk and Gndevaz, which was appealed to RA Administrative Appeal Court.
