RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 20 cases from 1 to 5 February 2021, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 10,938,600 AMD, an administrative fine in the amount of 100,000 AMD was calculated for one case.
In 9 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 332,400 was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 400 AMD was imposed.
2 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 200,000 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. During the mentioned period 587,550 AMD were paid to the RA state budget.
