After the demolition works at these and other addresses, the areas will be improved and greened.

Along with these works, improvement of yard areas is also being carried out. In particular, a total of about 30 yards were improved, and the park named after Minas Avetisyan of Yerevan, occupying an area of about 7200 square meters, was overhauled in Qanaker-Zeytun administrative district in 2023.
