Trees Felled in Davtashen

Trees are felled in the backyard of building 46, 4th Davtashen. The local residents are beating an alarm signal. “They came and uprooted the trees, took away four trees, but we didn’t allow to take away another one. They want to construct a car garage, but it’s our only green zone. The backyard of our building used to be a complete orchard, but gradually the orchards turned into buildings, now only this small area is left and they want to destroy it as well,” local resident Naira Zurabyan told EcoLur. Another resident said the permit had been presented and everything is legal. The initiator is an Arthur. We couldn’t manage to talk to any worker or competent person on the spot. Under the residents, when they learnt about the arrival of the mass media, they ran away. A question arises: if everything is legal, why the competent people avoid of clarifications.
