"EcoLur" Informational NGO has sent a request to RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan to find out whether any company has applied for extension of the right to soil management after the adoption of RA Law "On Amendments and Addenda to Mining Code".
The enquiry says, “After the entry into force of the law, which companies applied to RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure for the extension of the right to soil management in accordance with Article 55.1 of Law "On Amendments and Addenda to Mining Code" and did they consider civil disobedience as an insurmountable force?
Which companies' soil management rights have been extended in accordance with Article 55.1 and which cases have been considered as force majeure?"
