Greens Union Chairman Hakob Sanasaryan still in February 27 sent a letter to the Government of Armenia demanding to make changes in the RA Law “On Soil”, but so far there has been no respond in writing. H. Sanasaryan told the Aysor correspondent about this.
In his open letter sent to the Government the Greens Union Chairman said the new lad doesn't regulate the problem with mining wastes. “The code actually lays down mining is permitted in forest-covered territories, it simplifies the procedure for mine possession, entitles foreign companies and private individuals to conduct geological prospecting, which is impermissible in the viewpoint of national security,” the letter says.
