Environment Ministry has organized a public discussion on RA draft law "On Making Amendments to RA Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise." It will take place at 14:00 on April 11, at Government House 3, at the meeting hall of Environment Ministry.
In order to participate in the hearings, it is necessary to send an application to [email protected] stating the name, surname, name of the organization, telephone number and e-mail address.
Reminder: Environment Ministry developed a draft law on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) on the joint platform for publishing draft legal acts (www.e-draft.am), which contains a number of problematic points and has become a cause of public outrage.
