According to PSRC, the factors that have a negative impact on the electricity tariff are as follows:
· Change of repayment and maintenance costs of soft loans received with the guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the loan agreements.
The activity of "Hrazdan-5" station of "Gazprom Armenia" CJSC conditioned by the obligation stipulated by the agreement signed between the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.
· Compensation for investments in the form of depreciation and profit increased by about 9.9 billion AMD (excluding VAT) in the power system in 2021.
