"Hrazdan Energy Organization (HrazTPP)" OJSC applied to RA Public Services Regulatory Commission to obtain consent for the conclusion of a transaction to invest the company's property in the authorized capital of "T-Metal" CJSC. The relevant project will be discussed by PRSC at its session to be held on July 20.
The property discussed includes the boiler turbine workshop building of the main building on the land area of 8.31309 hectares, the movable properties and the administrative building in that area located in Hrazdan Town, Kotayk Region.
