RA Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) issued fines and warnings to companies operating six SHPPs at its session held on July 6. The reason is not submitting the financial reports to the commission on time.
The PSRC made appropriate administrative decisions against the following companies.
1. "Sector Qvant" LLC, which operates "Dzoragyugh-1" and "Dzoragyugh-2" HPPs built on the irrigation system of Gegharkunik Region, the amount of the administrative fine is 1.0 million AMD.
2. "Apahov Taniq" LLC, which operates "Vahagni" HPP built on the Tandzut tributary of the Pambak River in Lori Region, the amount of the administrative fine is 0.5 million AMD.
3. "Musaha" LLC, which operates "Akhuryan HPP-2" HPP built on the Akhuryan Canal of the Akhuryan River in Shirak Region, the amount of the administrative fine is 0.5 million AMD.
4. "Jahuk" LLC, which operates "Artavan-1" SHPP built on the Artavan River in Vayots Dzor Region, the company was issued a warning.
5. "Jermuk Hydrotech" LLC, which operates "VTV Energy" HPP built on the Arpa River in Vayots Dzor Region, the company was issued a warning.
