"Masdar Armenia" CJSC will provide 30 million AMD to Dashtadem settlement of Talin community, Aragatsotn Region, for the implementation of socio-economic development projects. The 377.4 ha pastures of Dashtadem with a cadastral value of 822 million 84 thousand 793 AMD were donated for the construction project of the 200 MW "Aig-1" solar plant, which is implemented by "Masdar Armenia" CJSC.
On July 27, 2023, during a public hearing held at the residence of Head of Dashtadem settlement, it was decided to allocate the money to the construction of a guest house. Arkady Martirosyan, Administrative Head of Dashtadem, said in his interview with EcoLur that from the beginning, the company proposed to organize measures to alleviate the problem of reduction of pastures.
On July 13, Environment Ministry issued a positive conclusion to the preliminary environmental impact assessment application for the partial overhaul of Dashtademi fortress, the establishment of the museum and the improvement of the surrounding area.
