In the frames of the initiated administrative proceedings, it was found out that groundwater flows of the mine area owned by 'Agarak CMC' CJSC and the water is discharged through the pumps then via plastic pipes. A hole has been made in the plastic pipeline so that the community residents can irrigate their land areas. Nevertheless, the land areas of these residents have been flooded with mine groundwater, which is an obstacle to the expedient use of the land areas.
