The EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group adjunct to the Armenian Government resumes its activities with a new composition of the working group, which has been amended under RA Prime Minister's resolution N 960 dated on 16 July 2018. The number of mining company representatives has increased. 4 representatives have been added on an alternative basis. The number of the representatives from state bodies and public sector is the same – 6 representatives from ministries and departments and 4 representatives from the public sector. Thus, the number of public sector representatives has significantly decreased. Under PM's resolution, the EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group will be headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
