According to the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan 166-A dated on February 10, 2020, a new interdepartmental working group will be set up to develop draft legal acts to legalize the issue of land allocation required for soil management.
The Working Group is due to submit the package of draft legal acts to the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure by June 30, 2020.
In turn, the TAI Minister shall submit the package to the Government of Armenia by August 30, 2020.
