Armenian Government Passed Its Share in ZCMC to ANIF

At the meeting held on January 5, 2022, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decided to transfer the rights certified with 15% shares owned by the Republic of Armenia to Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) CJSC to the trust management of the Armenian National Interest Fund CJSC.

The agreement does not provide the Armenian National Interest Fund with the authority to alienate, pledge or otherwise transfer shares to third parties without the consent of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The right to receive dividends from the company belongs to the Republic of Armenia.

The agreement will be valid for 10 years. If one of the parties does not notify the other about the termination of the agreement 30 days before the expiration of the agreement, the agreement shall be considered extended for the same period.
