In response to "GeoProMining" blackmailing the Armenian government?" publication of "Past" newspaper on July 21, 2022 "Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine" CJSC considers it necessary to make the following statement.
“The production activity of "ZCMC" CJSC strictly complies with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and all normative and legal acts. This approach is consistently applied by the new owner as well.
Both in the past and in the present, "ZCMC" CJSC is guided in its activities by Article 72 (1(5)) RA Law "On Mining", the prevention of selective/selective exploitation of minerals. In this regard, the company's approach has not changed even after the change of owner.
"ZCMC" CJSC declares that all the facts contained in the publication of "Past" newspaper dated on 21.07.2022 are false and discredit the business reputation of the company.
