The right to soil management right of the central site of Tukhmanuk gold mine was returned to "Mego Gold" LLC. On September 29, 2022, based on the ruling of RA Administrative Court, an amicable agreement was signed between "Mego Gold" LLC, RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, and "GGCR Mining" LLC acting as a third party.
Under the court case, TAI, in its turn, invalidated (cancelled) the decree bye RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure No. 693-A dated on 13.12.2019 terminating the soil management rights of "Mego Gold" LLC.
It should be noted that on December 13, 2019, under decree No. 693-A of the former Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of RA, Suren Papikyan, the soil management right and the mountain allocation act of the central site of Tukhmanuk gold mine in Aragatsotn Region were terminated, and the soil management contract was repealed.
