

The newly appointed RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure , Davit Khudatyan, summarized the work carried out in 2024 during the press conference held on January 9. Regarding the soil management sector, he stated:
"During the reporting period, the ministry issued 542 written warnings for violations, resulting in 467 million AMD being paid into the state budget, 360 million AMD of which was allocated to obligations related to community socio-economic development. Last year, 9 companies lost their soil management rights due to failing to eliminate violations within the established timeframe."
Davit Khudatyan also announced that in 2024 the ministry issued 53 subsoil use permits, 29 for the extraction of mineral resources and 24 for conducting geological studies.
