A statement was posted on Facebook that Vallex Company, which is constructing infrastructure for the development of Teghout copper and molybdenum mine in Teghout Village, the discharge canal in Dukanadzor section has fallen. And the water mixed with ground poses threat for the village. Our sources from Teghout informed us that the problem has technical nature. “This is concreted canal. The earth under us has fallen and now rehabilitation works are in progress. What about the village, there are no evident threats yet, as the canal passes through the section located in a significant distance from Teghout. It’s only two years since the water runs through this tunnel and so what happened – the earth has fallen. Nobody knows when and where the earth will fall,” our sources say.
