"Dundee Precious Metals Kapan" CJSC is not going to pay the additional tax of 3 billion 809 million AMD (or US $ 9.5 million) imposed by Finance Ministry as a result of its inspections. Moreover, the company is going to call upon the court in this regard. “I can assure, there no unpaid taxes, just the opposite…Dundee Company pays the taxes in advance. I’m 100% sure Dundee doesn’t owe the Armenian Government, on the contrary, the Government owes us,” said Hrach Jabrayan, General Director of "Dundee Precious Metals Kapan" CJSC. He advised that on 30 September the company issued a claim to the Administrative Court to check whether or not the fine is legitimate, as the Syunyats Yerkir newspaper informs.
