Ararat Regional Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a criminal case based on detecting several spots of illegal joining the irrigation water pipeline under Mkhchyan-Hovtashen bridge. Officials are co-liable for these illegal activities, while the state has incurred damage of over 10 million AMD. Water supply has been provided to over 26 ha of land areas. The preliminary investigation is carried out by Ararat Regional Criminal Investigation Committee.
