Press Secretary of RA Environment Minister Davit Grigoryan filed a letter of resignation, as he posted on his Facebook page.
"Today, according to my own letter of resignation, I resigned from the post of Press Secretary of Environment Minister and Head of Public Relations Department, in order to be able to express my opinion freely and adhere to my principles," David Grigoryan posted.
