RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 9 cases in the period from 16 to 20 November, 2020, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 12,317,500 AMD. In 3 previously recorded cases, damage to the environment in the amount of 100,000 AMD was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 2000,000 AMD was imposed. The violations were related to the preservation of the flora.
5 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 815,000 AMD) was sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 1,954,880 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
