RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 26 cases in the period from 15 to 19 February 2021, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 67,231,184 AMD. An administrative fine in the amount of 1,200,000 AMD was calculated for previously recorded 8 cases.
In one case the damage to the environment in the amount of 65,000 AMD was calculated, in 7 cases an administrative fine in the amount of 630,000 AMD was imposed.
13 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 1,950,000 AMD) was sent to the Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 800,000 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
