RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 17 cases in the period from 29 March to 2 April 2021, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 4,304,120 AMD for 16 cases. An administrative fine in the amount of 80,000 AMD was calculated for 1 case.
An administrative fine in the amount of 2,229,102 AMD was calculated for previously recorded 23 cases, administrative fines in the amount of 1,820,000 AMD have been imposed.
2 cases (in the amount of 257,000 AMD) was sent Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 3,647,127 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
