RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 67 cases in the period from 31 May to 11 June 2021, which estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 42,996,652 AMD for 50 cases. An administrative fine in the amount of 480,000 AMD was calculated for previously recorded 9 cases.
In 50 previously registered cases, the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 2 million 139 thousand AMD was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 3 million 250 thousand AMD was imposed.
10 cases (administrative fine in the amount of 1,083,250 AMD) was sent to the Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 2,124,039 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
