RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body presented to the company the violations recorded as a result of the inspection carried out in "Amberd HPP" LLC and claimed for compensation of 14 million 259 thousand 226 AMD.
According to the inspection body, "Amberd-1", "Amberd-2" and "Amberd-3" SHPPs belonging to the company violated the obligations set by the given water use permit, taking water resources more than it was laid down in the water use permit.
The ultrasonic water meters installed in the SHPPs did not actually operate. The annual administrative statistical reports were submitted in violation of the established procedure.
Administrative fines in the total amount of 530,000 AMD were imposed on "Amberd HPP" LLC.
