In the period from February 14 to 25, 2022, RA Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body recorded 53 cases, out of which 46 were estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 9,889,653 AMD, and in one case an administrative fine in the amount of 50,000 AMD was imposed.
In 14 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment was estimated at 342,000 AMD, and an administrative fine in the amount of 950,000 AMD was imposed.
Based on the results of 4 previous inspections, 12 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 1,230,000 AMD were reached, and the damage to the environment was estimated at 821,900 AMD. 4 instructions on eliminating the violations were issued.
2 cases (total 195,000 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 968,000 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
