During the supervision carried out by RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body from February 28 to March 11, 2022, 39 cases were recorded, out of which 24 were estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 2,603,340 AMD, in 6 cases an administrative amount of 700,000 AMD was appointed as fines.
In 19 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment was estimated at 4,714,100 AMD, and an administrative fine in the amount of 1,500,000 AMD was imposed.
15 cases (total 1,665,080 drams) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 1,495,672 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
