The fire that started on May 18 in Nubarashen landfill site was extinguished on May 27, 2023. During 10 days, 2,300 truckloads of soil were placed in the landfill for firefighting operations, as Kamo Areyan, adviser to Yerevan Mayor, informed during the procedural meeting of the Yerevan municipality held on May 29.
