Aram Harutyunyan: Gayladzor, a tributary to the Argitchi River, serves Gegharkounik Region and Vayots Dzor on the other hand. This problem has arisen when it was needed to prolong the permit for water use. The permit was designed for amount of 87 liters per second, but the amount usually is less. Some calculations were conducted and got assured it’s possible to operate the hydropower plant, then to let out water.
