The Lori Regional Division of RA Criminal Investigation Department finished the preliminary investigation of the criminal case on violating soil management rules. Under the source, from early May 2014 to 4 August 2014 Head of Armenian Branch of “Blesk” LLC B. Budaghyan violated Article 20 (1) of RA Code on Subsoil, as he illegally transferred 7180 cum soil from the area adjacent to Mikhaylovka village, Lori Region, to “Gogavan” customs area, which resulted in essential damage to the administrative area of Mikhaylovka village and its environment. B. Budaghyan was charged with Article 2(2) of RA Criminal Code. The damages were awarded during the preliminary investigation.
