“Talin area is in the worst area. The state of reservoirs and storm drains is miserable: the storm drains were constructed in 1954, but now they are destroyed,” said Sergey Krpeyan, Executive Director of “Talin” WUC at the discussion held in Dilijan on 12 June. “Water is available, but we can’t provide it, people water their land areas once or twice and don’t collect money,” Sergey Krpeyan said. In his opinion, the situation in Nerqin Bazmaberd, Ashnak, Mastara communities and Talin Town is particularly poor. “Storm drains must be renovated to solve the problem,” said Executive Director of “Talin” WUC and added their WUC needs funding.
