20 million AMD will be provided to take out felled down forest for laying electricity air lines and to transfer it for internal storage. The government made this decision on 16 June. Referring to this issue Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamyan mentioned that 20 million AMD will be allotted instead of 2 billion AMD due to the efficient activities of the government staff. According to the PM, if this 2 billion AMD was allotted, it would be burdened on electricity consumers, which would resulted in the increase of the price. Reminder: Forest-covered area will be destroyed in the area of 101600 cum in Meghri-Noravan section: 16110 trees will be cut down to lay Iran-Armenia 400 kW second electricity air line. The economic damage caused to environment makes up 413,37 million AMD.
