The official website of the Armenian Government informs that on 10 June the Armenian Government made a decision to grant gratis one billion AMD to Agriculture Ministry for the implementation of the charter tasks of Lake Sevan Trout Reserve Recovery and Fish Breeding Development Fund.
The project plans to establish young fish production and fish processing plants in Lake Sevan basin. The young fish production will ensure biocycle starting from the formation of maternal school to transfer of viable young fish to Lake Sevan and to ensure sustainable environmental production of the trout.
Still on 21 August 2014 the executive made a decision to provide 2 billion AMD for the implementation of the charter tasks of Lake Sevan Trout Reserve Recovery and Fish Breeding Development Fund.
