

On June 24, a meeting of the Secretariat of the Armenian National Platform of the European Union's Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) was held, with the participation of members of Working Group 3 (Environment, Climate Change, and Energy Security). Following an official vote conducted during the meeting, Oleg Dulgaryan, President of Center for Community Mobilization and Support NGO, was elected the Coordinator of Working Group 3 of the EaP CSF Armenian National Platform.
The election was preceded by a meeting of Working Group 3, held on June 23 at the Ecolur Press Club. The meeting was attended by 12 representatives from eight organizations.
Participants in the discussion included Inga Zarafyan, President of Ecolur Informational NGO; Victoria Burnazyan, Deputy President of Ecolur; journalist Kristina Ter-Matevosyan; expert Roza Julhakyan; Ruzanna Ghazaryan, President of Dalma-Sona NGO; Amalia Hambardzumyan, President of Khazer NGO, together with expert Aram Gabrielyan; Nazeli Vardanyan, Director of Armenian Forests NGO; and Yelena Manvelyan, President of the NGO Armenian Women for Health and a Healthy Environment.
Joining the meeting online were Oleg Dulgaryan, President of Center for Community Mobilization and Support NGO; Gevorg Petrosyan, President of Biosophia NGO; Knarik Grigoryan, environmental expert of Armenian Women for Health and Healthy Environment NGO and Rafael Mkrtchyan, President of Third Nature NGO.
The agenda included the nomination of a coordinator for Working Group 3. Victoria Burnazyan nominated Oleg Dulgaryan, and following a vote, he was selected as the candidate for the position of Coordinator of Working Group 3.
During the Secretariat meeting held on June 24, an official vote reaffirmed the outcome of the previous day's election, and Oleg Dulgaryan was formally elected Coordinator of Working Group 3 of the EaP CSF Armenian National Platform.
