On 19 December the executive allowed “VAND-SA” LLC to import explosives for soil management purposes till 31 December 2014. Reminder: on 5 December the executive allowed “Aparazh” LLC to import explosives for soil management purposes. In both cases it was Energy and Natural Resources Minister Armen Movsisyan, who has submitted the draft decisions for the approval of the Armenian Government.
